Ergänzung 23.3.2006: Terry Ballard schreibt in seinem Weblog "Librarian on the edge" über "Typorgaphical errers and me". Er berichtet unter anderem, wie er zu dem Thema kam. Die oben erwähnte Liste "Typographical Errors in Library Databases" ist anscheinend ein Gemeinschaftsprodukt von über hundert BibliothekarInnen.
