e-only für Nomenklatur okay

In der Zeitschrift Polar Research (erfreulicherweise unter der Lizenz CC-BY-NC) steht: "The International Commission on Zoological Nomenclature has passed an amendment to the International Code of Zoological Nomenclature so that electronic-only publication of nomenclatural acts for animals are accepted as legitimate if the electronic-only journal meets criteria of archiving and the article is registered on the ICZN's official online registry, ZooBank. (...) The International Code of Nomenclature for Algae, Fungi and Plants (formerly the International Code of Botanical Nomenclature) also permits the publication of names of new taxa in electronic-only journals: it is not required to deposit paper copies in libraries".
